Most orders are packed within 1-2 business days. During drops, launches, and periods of high order volume, this time may be slightly extended. The current lead time can always be found on the product page.

Currently, all orders are shipped via DPD courier. Due to the size of our hats, they do not fit in standard parcel locker compartments. However, we are working on introducing this delivery option for selected products from our offer. Coming soon :)

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, simply return the hat and then place a new order. Returns are processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of product delivery to us.

The hat should fit snugly on your head but not press too hard. If it falls off with a slight head movement to the sides, it is probably too loose for you, or you need to tighten it with the sizing strips you received in the set. If you feel strong pressure or discomfort after a few minutes, it may be too small for you. A well-fitted hat simply "sits securely on your head" and is comfortable to wear :)

For each hat in a specific size (excluding one-size with adjustment), we include a set of sizing strips that help you perfectly fit it to your head circumference.
How to start? Put on the hat and check if you feel a slight looseness. If so, place the strips under the sweatband in the areas where there is the most looseness—at the front, back, or sides. It's worth trying for a while to achieve maximum wearing comfort.

Of course, if you need more strips, you can buy them on our website. Remember that it's better to choose a larger hat and adjust it with strips than one that's too small, which will be uncomfortable and take away from the wearing experience. Happy wearing!

Cork strips

If your circumference falls between two sizes, we always recommend choosing the larger one and adjusting it with the tightening straps.
This will make the hat more comfortable and easier to fit your head. Use our size calculator; it will help you choose the right size for you. The most important thing is to accurately measure your head circumference, as every millimeter matters.

A hat will not increase its circumference over time; rather, it will adapt to the shape of your head. However, this won't be a significant change, so it's always best to choose the best possible fit right from the start.



At the moment, we do not fulfill individual orders or hat modifications — we create ready-made collections that go straight into your hands.

We recommend not exposing the hat to rain, as it may lose its shape and stiffness over time, and its colour may fade. That would be a shame! In the rain, it's best to take it off your head and store it away from water; even under a jacket is sufficient in an emergency.
