It doesn't always have to be Luck at first sight 💔
You have 14 days from the day you receive the package to return the product.
How does it work?
- The product must be new and unused.
- Please include a completed return form in the package.
Printed or – if you don't have access to a printer – handwritten.
This will speed up the processing of your return and help us a lot 🙏
- Please do not tape or label the original inner box of the hats – it is also part of the product.
- The cost of returning the package to us is covered by the Buyer.
Returns of online orders are only processed via shipment to our address provided below. It is not possible to return or exchange such products at a physical store / boutiques.
💸 Refund:
- we process it within a maximum of 14 days from the moment the package reaches us (usually sooner)
- if you see the status "delivered" in the courier system that shipped the order – it means the package is safely waiting with us for processing.
